Are you a dynamic and organised individual ready to step into the heart of a busy head office? We’re looking for a Head Office Administrator to join our team immediately and become the go-to person in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the general upkeep of the office and its equipment
• Support proactive management of health and safety concerns
• Liaise effectively with internal staff, customers, suppliers, and external professionals
• Organise meeting rooms and refreshments as required
• Deliver efficient clerical assistance and identify process improvements
• Use SharePoint and other systems for managing emails, documents, data, and records
• Handle stationery and equipment orders, including proof of delivery tracking
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer and general enquiries.
• Carry out other tasks as assigned to support the smooth running of the office.
• Manage all aspects of outgoing/incoming mail, including franking, packaging, and timely dispatch to ensure efficient postal operations.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in Office Management and/or Executive Assistant roles, including line management
• Strong organisational, administrative, and secretarial capabilities
• Professional, proactive, and adaptable attitude
• Ability to build strong relationships across a diverse network of stakeholders
