About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Roofer to join our team. You’ll work on both pitched and flat roofs, detecting and repairing leaks, carrying out maintenance, and ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.

This is a site-based, hands-on role that will suit someone who enjoys variety and isn’t afraid of heights.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

·        Detect and repair roof leaks using appropriate materials

·        Work on flat and pitched roofs, understanding build-up and structure

·        Carry out maintenance and assess weather-related damage

·        Prepare accurate timeframes and budgets for customer proposals

·        Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, especially when working at height

·        Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with residents

What We’re Looking For

·        Good understanding of roofing systems and repair methods

·        Experience in leak detection and applying the right solutions

·        Knowledge of roofing materials and their application

·        Ability to plan and cost small projects

·        Full, valid UK driving licence

·        Professional, reliable, and strong communication skills

·        Someone who isn’t afraid of heights
