UnderwriteMe is a leading insurtech company, headquartered in London with offices in Singapore and Sydney. We specialise in SaaS solutions for the life insurance industry, providing automated underwriting and decision platforms that streamline insurance processes for insurers, brokers, and customers. The Role:

Reporting to the AVP, Talent Acquisition, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment for UnderwriteMe’s UK, Singapore, and Australia teams. This is a day rate contract (inside IR35), for 4–6 months. Please do not apply unless you are available to start in November.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Full-cycle recruitment for technology roles, primarily in fintech/insurtech/SaaS.
  • Advise hiring managers on candidate assessment and interview techniques.
  • Benchmark and negotiate offer packages.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, Workday, direct sourcing, social media, and referrals.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring managers and People Partners.
  • Use TA dashboards and metrics to drive improvements in time-to-fill, quality of hire, and cost per hire.
  • Support agile ways of working, including Azure DevOps.
  • Engage in outreach activities (conferences, meetups, hackathons, careers fairs) to boost brand awareness and attract talent.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven success recruiting in fast-paced tech environments.
  • Deep understanding of technology/fintech/insurtech talent markets.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment process and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proactive, solutions-focused approach.
  • Familiarity with HR policies and employment law.
  • Workday or similar HR system experience is a plus.

• Protection Platform - a B2B2C marketplace used by over 15,000 advisors to power quoting and purchase of protection products in the UK. We currently deliver 16% of the UK markets protection policies and we are already working to increase our reach.
