In Ihrer Rolle als „Sachbearbeiter (m/w/d) Auftragsabwicklung im Ersatzteilvertrieb“ sorgen Sie dafür, dass unsere Kunden schnell und effizient die passenden Komponenten erhalten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine/n engagierte/n Kollegen/Kollegin mit Organisationstalent und technischem Verständnis.

Ihre Verantwortung

• Organisation von Arbeitsabläufen innerhalb des eigenen Arbeitsbereiches innerhalb der geltenden SOP Ersatzteilvertrieb
• Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften sowie definierten Aufgaben (Verfahrens- und Arbeitsanweisungen)
• Fachgerechte Angebots- und Auftragsabwicklung für Ersatzteile und Standardgeräte
• Pflege der bestehenden Kundenkontakte
• Klärung von technischen Details mit den Fachabteilungen
• Klärung mit Unterlieferanten über Art, Preis, Lieferzeit
• Terminverfolgung und Einhaltung der Liefertermine
• Bearbeitung von Gewährleistungsansprüchen 

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Weiterbildung zum Betriebs- oder Fachwirt bzw. Techniker (m/w/d)
• Erfahrung im Bereich Ersatzteilwesen oder technischer Vertrieb von Vorteil
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und ERP-Systemen (SAP)
• Technisches Verständnis und Freude am Kundenkontakt
• Zuverlässigkeit, sorgfältige und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, Einsatzbereitschaft und Teamfähigkeit
• Verantwortungs-, Kosten- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
