This role is based within the European Business Unit and will focus on the delivering regulatory projects across all Personal Care and Beauty Brands  

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading weekly Cross Functional meetings and managing critical paths ensuring all actions are achieved within deadlines  

• Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success. 

• Manage Project cost budget and raising / approving PO’s within SAP 

• Prepare and present structured documents to key stakeholders, ensuring project governance is applied and followed 

• Co-ordinate changes to masterdata, ensuring all relevant information is provided by cross functional teams 

Key Requirements: 

• Exceptional project management skills; highly organised, effective prioritisation, and structured. 

• Proven experience in working within large, cross-functional teams 

• Ideal experience in understanding complexities of R&D, Supply Chain, Regulatory functions. 

• Solution focused - Ability to identify problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions and recommendations coupled with sound planning and persistent execution.  

• Strong team player with a collaborative approach; ability to build excellent relationships, listen, support, contribute and influence 

• Excellent communication/presentation skills
