Arobas Personnel is looking for a Senior Project Coordinator / Senior Project Manager – PMO for a contract with one of our clients located in Montréal.
*Remote : Hybrid- 2 days/week in the office*
What will your day-to-day look like?
You will be responsible for coordinating and managing project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and quality expectations. You’ll also ensure seamless integration within a broader program, manage stakeholders, track key performance metrics, and uphold strong governance and communication practices.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain the Tier 2 project plan, ensuring alignment with the overall program roadmap.
• Integrate the project effectively within the larger program structure, managing interdependencies and priorities.
• Define and monitor project performance metrics such as schedule adherence, risk, and quality.
• Prepare and present progress reports and performance dashboards to management and stakeholders.
• Identify and escalate issues and risks in a timely manner, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Manage change requests, ensuring impact assessments and proper approvals.
• Maintain and update action and risk registers, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and steering committees.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the project team, PMO, and other workstreams.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
• Contribute to lessons learned sessions and knowledge transfer activities.
Requirements and Qualifications:
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills for tracking performance and metrics.
• Fluency in French and English is required, as collaboration with teams outside Quebec is necessary.
