Main responsibilities

• Support the senior vice-president in developing strategic orientations for Desjardins Group
• Develop and deliver the division’s business plan based on strategic orientations and targeted results. Ensure entrusted files and strategic projects are carried through to achieve targeted results and ensure client satisfaction by continuously improving the unit's management, in a performance management context
• Apply management and communication practices encouraging change management, talent attraction and retention, skills development, mobilization and diversity, consistent with the organization’s values
• Support the administrative unit’s business plan by successfully managing individual and team performance
• Promote Desjardins Group’s cooperative values
• Represent the organization and conduct business intelligence.
