EUC Engineer
Salary: £38,960 - £41,000
Location: Ealing with Hybrid working. However, this role is 5 days per week until full training is completed
Contract: Until August 2026 with a possibility of extension, 35 hours per week
DBS check required: Basic
Role Overview
We are looking for a EUC Engineer to join our dedicated IT department. The successful candidate will manage tickets and support Windows end user computing infrastructure, dealing with setup, configuration and delivery of the user desktop experience. The role also includes the need to perform office, scheme and data centre visits.
Key responsibilities:
- Full understanding of Windows 11 environment and dependencies
- Management, build and configuration of Laptops, Mobiles, Tablets any other EUC device
- Resolution of Service Now EUC Incidents, with the ability Triage and resolve incidents escalated from 1st line service desk which may include travel to remote sites, this includes the ability to prioritise to maintain agreed SLA’s
- User Profile Workspace Management, via Ivanti workspace Manager and FS Logix
- Use of system tools (Microsoft Intune, Application Packaging, Ivanti & Active Directory) to support Window 11, Office365 user devices
- Mobile device management using Microsoft Intune
- Maintain Device security to comply with Cyber Essentials Plus certification
- Patch Management at a device, OS and application level
- Provide high quality documentation and hand over documents to other resolver teams
- Ability to communicate to all users within the business using non-technical language

- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent in Math’s and English (Grades A*- C)
- Degree or Technical qualification in either Microsoft products or infrastructure
- Extensive knowledge of build process for Dell/Lenovo Laptops, NUC Devices, iPhones and Tablets
- Experience of dealing with customers at all levels
- IT Service Desk experience in a 2nd line role or similar supporting Microsoft Windows and Citrix environment
- Experience in administration of Microsoft Intune, Application Packaging, Ivanti & Active Directory
- Experience of Citrix at an administrative level
