As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a dynamic Shift Manager at our Leeds facility (LS15). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking business where innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.
This role operates on a weekly rotating shift pattern, either:
6am–2pm / 2pm–10pm
or7am–3pm / 3pm–11pm
No weekend work – giving you time to recharge and enjoy your weekends.

The Ideal Person
You’re a confident leader with a strong background in distribution, logistics, or warehouse operations. You thrive in fast-paced, complex environments, have a keen eye for process optimisation, and are passionate about delivering outstanding service. You’ll bring a hands-on approach, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Overseeing key distribution centre activities including packing, shipping, receiving, inventory, and order fulfilment
Managing customer order shipments and resolving any fulfilment issues
Leading inventory control processes and ensuring documentation accuracy
Implementing and maintaining quality assurance procedures
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and equipment standards
Producing operational reports and analysing productivity metrics
Driving process improvements and supporting strategic initiatives
Leading and developing a team of experienced professionals
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading teams in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment
Strong understanding of inventory management, order fulfilment, and quality control
Confidence in making decisions, solving problems, and driving operational improvements
Ability to collaborate across departments and communicate clearly
Experience working with compliance standards (ISO, ESD, etc.) is a plus
