Your responsibilities
- Efficiently manage order entries and oversee the whole order-to-delivery process within an ERP system.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure accurate inventory management and seamless order tracking for clients.
- Generate regular reports on inventory and sales, offering insights and recommendations.
- Provide swift and effective resolutions to customer inquiries, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
- Align closely with the shipping team to guarantee timely and smooth coordination of client deliveries.
The experience we're looking for
- Background in customer service, with a keen focus on delivering outstanding service levels.
- Proven multi-tasking abilities, maintaining attention to detail even under tight deadlines.
- Experience in understanding Supply Chain dynamics and the role of customer service in that context.
- Familiarity with ERP systems, notably SAP, and proficiency in Excel.
- Demonstrated project management skills with a natural instinct for driving process improvements.
- Relationship-building expertise, fostering strong partnerships and effective collaboration.
