As a Project Manager at Veovo, you’ll lead the delivery of innovative airport technology projects across a diverse, global customer base. You’ll manage complex, multi-party implementations, to ensure high-quality outcomes in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

About the Role:

• Lead and manage the successful delivery of airport technology projects, ensuring scope, budget, quality, and timelines are met.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate project activities, roles, and responsibilities across internal teams and external partners.
• Oversee progress and performance reporting, ensuring effective communication with customers at all levels.
• Apply strong Waterfall delivery practices to ensure consistent, structured project execution.
• Support Head of Delivery, including resource planning, forecasting, and project governance.
• Collaborate with Finance and Business Unit Leads to maintain accurate financial tracking, billing, and project documentation.
  

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of project management or PMO experience, ideally within a technology-driven environment.
• Proven success managing complex delivery projects using Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong understanding of project management practices, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Skilled in project management tools such as RUNN, MS Project, Jira, or similar.
• Confident communicator with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Relevant project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
