Job Description:
Your role will involve managing the general accounting and ensuring the completion and accuracy of all accounting and tax entries for 3 French entities.
What it means on a daily basis
Accounting:
- Record, reconcile and analyse general ledger accounts,
- Review and approve supplier invoices.
Treasury:
- Manage bank transactions and intercompany related bank operations,
- Reconcile banks and handle multi-currency operations.
Tax:
- Prepare and file various tax declarations (TVA / CVAE / IS / DAS2…) and reportings for the Banque of France
- Prepare the Tax package for 3 entities on Cegid software
Month-end closing : Perform monthly closing activities and reportings independently for 3 French entities.
Procedure: Participate to the improvement of accounting and operational procedures.

As a General Accountant, you will be working with the Accounting Team and report to the Accounting Manager.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Accounting,
- 5 years of experience in accounting,
- Knowledge of an ERP system and proficiency in Excel,
- Advanced level in English mandatory with prior experience in an international environment.
