Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders in the manufacturing site and corporate teams.
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, ensuring best practices in employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and providing constructive feedback to employees and senior managers when required.
- Oversee the application and negotiation of collective agreements, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining strong relationships with trade unions.
- Support factory workforce dynamics, including shift patterns, working schedules, and labor planning.
- Partner with corporate HR in international meetings, contributing to global HR strategy while adapting to local needs.
- Lead change management initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees, promoting a high-performance and inclusive workplace.
- Occasionally adjust working hours (e.g., early morning shifts at 6 am) to connect with factory employees as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR roles, with at least 3 years in an HRBP or equivalent role.
- Strong experience in manufacturing environments, preferably within multinational companies.
- Solid knowledge of Spanish labor legislation, collective bargaining, and union relations.
- Proven ability to work independently with a proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English (C1 level) and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Strong maturity, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive HR situations.
- Based in Madrid, open to a hybrid work model (3 days in the office – Fuencarral area, 2 days remote).
