About the role:
As a Legal Intern, you are responsible for assisting the Legal Department in implementing the Bigle Legal contract management database — a digital platform that automates and centralizes contract management processes. This includes providing support with administrative activities in accordance with the instructions and guidelines provided by the Bigle project leads.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist all Bigle project meetings, prepare meeting minutes and keep track of all pending actions.
- Upload executed documents into Bigle database.
- Organize the legal archive (both in paper and electronic format) in accordance with Bigle rules.
- Automatize templates in Bigle platform.
- Act as a liaison between the Legal Department and Bigle team to ensure ZimVie requests are completed.
- Identify errors and enhancements needed as Bigle main user.
- Follow Bigle project Lead instructions.
- Management of metadata accuracy in previously uploaded documents.
What You’ll Need:
- Currently studying Bachelor’s degree in Law or Master’s Degree
- Fluent in Spanish and English (minimum C1 level is required)
- Other European language is a plus: French, Italian, German
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative mindset and genuine team spirit
- Adaptable and open to change, comfortable working in a dynamic environment
- Resilient and able to perform well under pressure
- Good knowledge of Ms tools (Excel, PPT)

- Part-time intership: 20 hours per week, from monday to thursday, from 09:00 to 14:00.
