Position: Strategy Consultant/Manager Growth with experience in the products Industry (retail, consumer goods, auto, industrial or lifescience)
Location: Madrid or Barcelona
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects focused on product growth and development.
Analyze market trends and provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies.
Utilize data analysis tools to drive decision-making processes.
Requirements:
Technical Skills: Experience in product projects, analytical skills, team management. Knowledge of agile methodologies, proficiency in data analysis tools.
Experience: 4-10 years in relevant roles.
Languages: English and Spanish.
Education: No specific degree required.
Work Model: The position is based in Madrid or Barcelona with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work some days from home and others in the office, where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a work permit in Spain.
