Supervising and getting work done for all facility management functions for part of the company premises within the region, including 3rd party contract management in this area. Responsible for providing an excellent level of all day-to-day operations of a large site or a few sites within a region.
Supervising all physical aspects of office premises from a facilities Management perspective, covering day-to-day operations, repair, and general administration associated with managing campus facilities.
Monitoring day-to-day activities, working with team members, vendor staff, and contractors on all logistics and other facility-related issues, including coordination and matrix management.
What will your job look like?
• You will be the focal point for any facility-related issues.
• You will supervise & coordinate facility and logistic needs according to company policy.
• You will supervise & coordinate special events for the relevant site(s).
• You will work with Team members, Contractors, and Vendor Staff for the execution of work plans/work orders.
• You will work closely with the site leader and HR site focal point to provide an excellent experience to Amdocs employees at the relevant site/s within the team lead's responsibilities.
• You will set the schedule for Team members’ daily tasks, and check & correct the work done, where necessary.
• You will supervise & coordinate preventative and corrective maintenance activities.
• You will prepare a schedule for maintenance activities & ensure that they are executed.
• You will lead data analytics, prepare reports, understand implications, and come up with recommendations.
• You will perform quality checks on services & collect feedback.
• You will initiate continuous improvements in areas of responsibility without impacting quality or increasing cost.
• You will validate inventory and PRs (budget purchase request) submittal on time.
• You will ensure payments of vendor invoices through the Amdocs process.
• You will manage Safety Processes according to EHS guidelines & participate.
• You will analyze data and KPIs and work with analytical reports to best manage the site operation.
• You will be responsible for budget and ongoing costs, maintaining a mindset of continuous operational improvement.
• You will work closely with procurement to ensure that all site services are adequately covered in contracts and KPIs.
• You will manage site security with the global Security team guidelines.
• You will manage facility-related issues: Refreshment, cleaning.
• You will define vendors' scope of work and ensure fulfillment by vendors.
All you need is...
• 5-7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in Global Tech companies
• Fluent in German and English
• Experience with matrix management
• Hands-on experience with MS Office and Project management from planning to execution
• Customer service experience
• Experience with Real estate and operation contract understanding
