Supply Planning

• Create and manage supply plans to meet demand forecasts.

• Align production and procurement schedules with inventory targets.

• Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams.

• Identify supply constraints and implement mitigation plans.

Inventory Management

• Monitor stock levels across locations.

• Optimize inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

• Set safety stock and reorder point levels using data-driven methods.

• Manage slow-moving or obsolete inventory.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with PU’s, MU’s and regions.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure supply continuity.

• Participate in S&OP and S&OE processes.

Data & Systems

• Use ERP and planning tools (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).

• Analyze trends and performance metrics (inventory turns, fill rate, forecast accuracy).

• Leverage tools like Excel, Power BI, data lake or sap reporting and analysis.

Process Improvement

• Continuously improving planning and inventory processes.

• Implement automation or system enhancements where applicable.

• Support cost-saving initiatives related to inventory and supply chain.

Your profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or Engineering

• 3–7 years' supply chain, planning, or inventory experience

• Strong ERP/MRP skills (SAP, Oracle); APICS/CPIM certification preferred

• Advanced Excel or supply chain analytics; inventory modeling knowledge (e.g., EOQ, safety stock calculations)

• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills under pressure
