What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead global marketing programs to drive organic sales growth and enhance product visibility.
• Develop and execute product strategies by analyzing customer needs and market trends, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Implement strategic pricing initiatives to optimize product profitability and market competitiveness.
• Collaborate with global teams to support manufacturing strategies and enhance operational efficiency.
• Engage with sales teams and customers to promote product lines, fostering strong relationships and driving growth.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or Marketing.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Management.
• 2+ years of experience leading people. 
• Industry experience with electric, electronic, or hydraulic component systems.
• Solid project management skills and the ability to facilitate global teamwork.
• Energetic personality with a customer-oriented mindset.
• Professional English proficiency (oral and written).
• Willingness to travel up to 25% for business purposes.
