The Position
As a PTQ ASPIRE Sustain Manager you will be a key leader responsible for driving the successful delivery of major projects that enhance and extend our SAP Digital Backbone. You are a versatile and experienced project leader who will be deployed to our most critical initiatives, whether it's supporting the deployment of ASPIRE sites or retrofits, leading a significant business improvement , or managing a critical project within our continuous improvement topics.
Your primary focus will be on the Quality scope, ensuring that all project deliverables are executed in a compliant, validated manner and that they meet the highest standards of our GxP-regulated environment.
The Opportunity
Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects within the PTQ ASPIRE scope, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to required quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and risk management.
Manage project execution by proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues, driving timely decisions to maintain progress.
Ensure a smooth transition of project deliverables from the project team to sustainment and operational support models.
Act as the primary lead for projects within the Quality process scope, ensuring compliance with GxP, GMP Annex 11, and computer systems validation (CSV) requirements.
Collaborate with the BPO community and ASPIRE program to ensure all project activities are aligned with governance and program standards.
Ensure that all project-driven changes follow the formal Change Control process.
Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders including BPOs, Solution Architects, and ASPIRE Agile Teams, maintaining strong relationships.
Provide clear, concise, and regular project status updates to all organizational levels and facilitate meetings, workshops, and steering committee reviews.
Manage the “Hypercare-to-Sustain” transition for new deployments, ensuring a seamless handover to the sustainment organization.
Who you are
8+ years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex projects in a global manufacturing environment.
Deep experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a strong understanding of GxP, GMP, and computer systems validation (CSV). Direct experience managing projects related to SAP Quality Management (QM) or other quality systems is highly desirable.
Significant experience with large-scale ERP projects, preferably with SAP S/4HANA. Understanding of the end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes (Plan-to-Deliver) is essential.
Formal project management certification is a plus. Experience working within an agile or hybrid agile (e.g., SAFe) environment is a strong asset.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. The ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority is critical to success in this role.
This position has a global grade range from SE7 to SE8.
