Take ownership of the internal and external visitor experience, to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience
Liaising with building management/ security/ the building reception/ handyman
Office access management (badges and ID passes) for staff members assisting with issuance of ID/access passes
Conducting weekly walks of the office and recording the findings to measure service level performance
Overseeing the daily supervision of the Soft Services vendors for cleaning, internal window cleaning, catering equipment and reception & meeting services
Raise quotes for Client approval and raise PO’s to JLL and SAP vendors for Above Baseline services
Upkeep and review of onsite Manuals, Handbooks, Guidance notes related to the JLL Soft Services
Monitoring stock levels of Stationary and Consumables used by Employees and placing orders with suppliers.
Assisting in setting up in house and external events as and when required.
On site trained Fire Marshaller and First Aider/ all health and safety procedures
Manage day to day incoming and outgoing mail
Be aware of basic procedures, courier suppliers and all external key contacts.
Other tasks and duties as required.
Manage incoming calls
Answer and manage Facility Tickets
Book and prepare customer meeting rooms
Distribute and manage Lunch Cards
Distribute an pool car
Mange a shuttle bus
Order and manage access/driveway tickets
Order kitchen supplies
New Hires Day
General reception tasks
Open sliding walls at meeting rooms
Distribute and manage locker,
Organize the yearly maintenance and services
Monitor the technical facilities
Management of storage rooms
