We’re looking for an experienced Pumping Supervisor to oversee daily field operations, ensure compliance, and lead our team of pumping technicians to success.

WHAT L.A. HYDRO-JET NEEDS FROM YOU:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience in pumping, liquid waste hauling, or related environmental services
• License: Valid Class B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and tanker endorsement REQUIRED
• Leadership: Proven experience supervising field crews, scheduling routes, and ensuring safety and compliance
• Operations: Oversee daily pumping schedules, maintain equipment readiness, and monitor service quality
• Compliance: Ensure all work follows EPA, DOT, and local waste transport regulations
• Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate logs, manifests, and service documentation
• Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, resolving service issues professionally and promptly

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
