Position Description

Major/Essential Functions
Facility Cleanliness & Appearance
- Perform routine upkeep tasks such as painting, touch-ups, and general appearance improvements. Find and make repairs as necessary.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repair needs.
- Monitor facility conditions, promptly reporting any damages, hazards, or issues requiring higher-level intervention.
- Support preparation and readiness of facilities for practices, workouts, and special events.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness across all football facilities, including common areas, locker rooms, and offices. Clean, empty trash, etc. Clean floors.
- Ensure facilities are properly secured during and after hours.
- Monitor access to football buildings and practice areas to maintain a safe environment for student-athletes, staff, and visitors.
- Assist in the daily operational needs of football facilities, including field upkeep and event preparation.
- Provide additional support during periods of high activity, such as game days, recruiting events, or team functions. To include table, chair set-ups, event preparation, etc.
- Collaborate with the Football Facilities Manager and Athletics staff to uphold the overall standard of excellence expected of Texas Tech Athletics.
