2nd Shift - 4:00pm - Midnight M-F $18.50+ DOE
3rd Shift - Midnight - 8:00am M-F $19.00+ DOE
About the Role:
We are looking for a Tube Bender Operator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in bending steel tubing to precise specifications for our customers. If you have a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to quality, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC tube bending machines to bend steel tubing to required dimensions.
- Interpret work orders.
- Inspect finished bends for accuracy, quality, and compliance with specifications.
- Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on bending equipment.
- Effectively Communicate with Sales department to meet customer specifications and/or to verify quality acceptance by customer
- Focus on quality control to ensure seamless production.
- Maintain safety standards and a clean work environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Familiarity with steel grades and tubing types.
- Knowledge of gauges, dials, pedals and other indicators on machinery
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use precision measuring tools.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy steel tubing safely.
