2nd Shift Operator – Starting Wage $17.00/hr + $1.50/hr Shift Differential + Benefits + Paid Training

VRC Engineered Solutions in Coeur d’Alene is looking for a reliable and motivated Operator to join our team! In this role, you’ll operate injection molding machines, perform finishing and assembly tasks, and ensure all parts meet our quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Operate injection molding machines manually

• Trim and finish parts to specification

• Inspect parts for quality issues

• Assemble final products according to work instructions

• Follow all safety and company policies

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred

• Ability to read and follow work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination

• Basic math and measurement skills

• Self-starter with a can-do attitude
