OVERVIEW: This person will be primarily responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates the problem, and determines and implements the solution. This person will also assist Senior Administrators with the maintenance of the company’s servers and networking components as needed.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, phone support, software, and hardware via in person, over the phone, or by utilizing a ticketing system to document work orders, close tickets with resolution and prioritize workload
- Create and update training manuals for end users on IT items
- Install, modify, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software on end user’s machines on a regular This includes applying PC images as needed to new machines or rebuilding machines
- Create, set up, and modify user accounts
- Resolve basic technical problems with networking
- Utilize diagnostic programs and run reports to determine malfunctions and resolve problems
- Support all audio and video equipment at all branch locations
- Ability to troubleshoot errors through internet searches using today’s technology
- Suggest IT-related process improvements
- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Manager
JOB REQUIREMENTS:

- Minimum of 2-year degree from a computer tech college or job-related equivalent experience
- Base knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory
- Knowledge of M365 Admin Portal (AAD, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive)
- Basic network understanding including wired and wireless, handheld computing to include smartphones, and tablets (iOS & Android)
- Basic knowledge of networking and VOIP, ticketing systems, and PC imaging
- Must be willing to travel to all US branch locations, if necessary
- Requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to maintain an insurable driving record
- Must have excellent communication skills, ability to communicate effectively both orally and written. Will communicate with all levels of employees in the company
- Must possess strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Must have good organizational skills, be very detail oriented and be able to multi-task
- Must have a positive mental attitude, self-motivated, goal oriented, highly energetic, positive and outgoing
