Operations Analyst, Public Sector Contracts Management-Remote

Iron Mountain is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst, Public Sector Contracts Management to join our Public Sector Contracts team. In this role, you will manage assignments for Contracts Management personnel, ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs), and optimize workflows to improve team performance. You will partner closely with Contracts Managers, Legal Counsel, and business stakeholders to deliver timely, high-quality results.

What You'll do

In this role, you will:

  • Manage workload assignments, monitor team performance, and ensure SLA compliance
  • Analyze workflows to identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and process improvement

  • Partner with Contracts Managers and cross-functional teams to resolve escalations and optimize operations

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Project Management

  • Strong understanding of contracts management principles, lifecycle processes, and resource planning

  • Proven analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
