Are you ready to take control of the skies from the ground? AirTanker is seeking a dynamic Crew Controller to ensure the seamless execution of our flying programme for both Voyager Force and AirTanker Services.

In this fast-paced, mission-critical role, you’ll manage crew rosters, respond to operational changes, and ensure compliance with CAA Flight Time Limitations and Fatigue Risk Management principles. You’ll be the central point of contact for crewing, liaising with internal teams, external partners, and ensuring every flight is crewed safely and efficiently.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitor and update crew rosters within a 5-day operational window.
  • Make real-time decisions to minimise disruption to flight schedules.
  • Coordinate crew HOTAC and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and charter obligations.
  • Supervise Crew Duty Officers and support training initiatives.
  • Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and operational efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a crewing environment (desirable).
  • Strong IT skills – ideally with AIMS or similar crewing software.
  • Knowledge of CAA regulations and fatigue management (preferred).
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and make critical decisions.
