Job Title: Filler Associate
Department: Production/Packaging
Reports To: Pods/Concentrates Manager
Location: In-person
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, Four 10-hour shifts (6:30am-5pm), Occasional overtime on Friday's
Compensation: Starting at $18.00/hour
Flow Distribution is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Cartridge/Pod Filler Associate to join our Packaging and Production team for immediate start. The ideal candidate is reliable, quality-focused, and eager to grow within the cannabis manufacturing industry. This position is responsible for filling, assembling, and packaging vaporizer cartridges and pods in compliance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conducting routine equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Preparing and sterilizing laboratory equipment and supplies.
- Collecting and preparing samples for analysis.
- Operating laboratory instruments and equipment, following established procedures.
- Participating in quality control and quality assurance activities.
- Assisting in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of new products, laboratory protocols, and procedures.
- Regular cleaning and maintenance of lab equipment and facility.
- Assist with laboratory and equipment cleanup. Wash and sterilize lab surfaces and glassware.
- Disposal of waste to keep laboratory and all other working areas in pristine conditions.
- General routine maintenance on lab equipment.
- Count, sort, label, seal, box, tape and pack inventory.
- Maintain production goals effectively paced as a team.
- Perform quality control and handling of inventory in a detailed manner.
- Communicate to management if product or production is unsatisfactory in any way.
- Communicate to management if discrepancies are found during quality control checks.
- Maintain compliance, safety and sanitation of work area according to SOP’s and completely after shift.
- Perform and maintain personal and brand production goals as set by the Production Manager daily, weekly and monthly.
- Ensure work area is staged for packaging for next shift.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Production Manager.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Packaging: 1 year (Preferred)
- Filling: 6 months (Required)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Prolonged sitting and standing
- Able to perform repetitive motions
