Aramsco is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Bottling Manufacturing Associate to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating, loading, unloading, packaging, and palletizing products on the bottling line while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a team environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, adjust, and fine-tune packaging line equipment according to established procedures.

  • Perform a variety of line tasks, including loading, unloading, boxing, labeling, and palletizing products.

  • Follow all safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

  • Follow formulation and packaging instructions to ensure consistency and quality.

  • Conduct basic testing and quality checks during the production process.

  • Maintain efficiency, cost, and quality standards throughout the shift.

  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and provide feedback on production performance and issues.

  • Assist with setup, cleanup, and routine maintenance of bottling equipment as needed.

  • Support overall team goals and help ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications/ Skills

Qualifications

  • Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred.

  • Forklift experience a plus.

  • Able to lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly.

  • Comfortable using hand and power tools.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

  • Dependable and punctual, with consistent attendance.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Hourly Rate: $19.00 - $21.75

Requires developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience. Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervision. Requires developed skills to perform day-to-day activities. Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with others. Has no supervisory responsibilities. Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established options. Impacts the quality of own work. Uses communication skills to exchange of information.
