Job Summary
ADM is seeking a Supply Chain Quality Intern with a strong interest in Quality and Food Safety. This role will primarily support our Customer Quality team, gaining hands-on experience in production, supply chain quality, and product quality disposition.
The intern will assist with customer complaints, following the process from start to finish, and will work cross-functionally with our customer base, operations, supply chain, and regulatory teams. Additional responsibilities include helping with specification reviews, customer quality requests, and continuous improvement activities
Key Responsibilities
- Support ADM’s food safety and quality assurance programs.
- Assist with complaint investigations, documentation, and follow-up.
- Participate in specification and regulatory request reviews.
- Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to evaluate and improve quality processes.
- Help identify process improvements and assist with data tracking and reporting.
$21 - $24 hourly rate is dependent on graduation date
