We are looking for a HR Business Change Manager to come in and make a real impact in shaping the future of GXO’s people strategy. This is a full time, permanent basis, working from our UK Head Office in Northampton on a hybrid basis, allowing both office and home working.

We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £50,000 and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:

 

  • Lead HR Change Initiatives: Own and deliver central HR change projects, including TUPE transfers, site closures, and organisational transitions
  • Project Management & Reporting: Develop dashboards, track key HR metrics, and ensure stakeholders are informed of progress and risks
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the go-to liaison for senior leaders, translating complex change into clear communications
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and embed best practice across HR operations
  • Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain accurate HR systems, ensure GDPR compliance, and keep the business ahead of legislative changes

 

What you need to succeed at GXO:

 

  • Proven HR change background with experience in HR transformation, TUPE, and organisational design
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under pressure
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, skilled in interpreting data and creating actionable insights
  • Confident in engaging stakeholders and delivering clear, timely updates
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, bringing examples of successful change and a continuous improvement mindset
