Your Impact

As our Assistant Director of Nursing, you’ll partner with the Director of Nursing to:

• Lead and inspire our nursing team to provide the highest standards of care.

• Support clinical education, staff development, and quality assurance initiatives.

• Collaborate with all departments to promote communication, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.

• Ensure regulatory compliance and readiness through ongoing monitoring and mentorship.

• Serve as a resource and role model for nurses, demonstrating integrity, professionalism, and compassion in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a current New York State license.

• Previous leadership experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing setting (preferred).

• Strong organizational, communication, and team-building skills.

• A genuine desire to make a difference in residents’ lives every day.
