We’re seeking a strategic and collaborative leader to serve as our Manager of Contract Administration, overseeing the development and optimization of provider contract templates and structures. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in provider contracting and a passion for creating scalable, standardized frameworks that promote consistency and compliance across multiple lines of business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team focused on contract administration and lifecycle management.
  • Develop and maintain standardized provider contract templates and structures.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Drive innovation and efficiency through Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions.
  • Ensure compliance and operational excellence across all contracting processes.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven leadership experience in provider contracting.
  • Strong understanding of CLM systems and contract frameworks.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on scalability and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Directing and supervising contract and grant accounting and reporting for all primary contracts and subcontracts.
  • Developing operating policies and procedures for the department, including development and maintenance of budget.
  • Monitoring contract compliance and proactively interacting with vendors to resolve issues and discuss changes in requirements.
  • Managing contracts administration processes from contracts negotiation to execution; monitoring new or revised contracts.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required. Equivalent experience is defined as 4 years of professional work experience in a corporate environment

Experience

  • 5 years - experience related to contract development and review, negotiations, contract changes/modifications, vendor management and/or performance measurement.
  • 1 year - Experience related to vendor relations and / or vendor management

SkillsCertifications

  • Extensive knowledge of procurement processes, systems, and contract management, inventory management and asset management
