The Opportunity

Primary Responsibilities:

  • The primary focus of this role is to carry out various data cleansing activities as part of a key on-going firm project.

  • Various administrative tasks.

  • Triaging queries that come into some of the teams shared mailboxes

  • Supporting the day-to-day tasks conducted by the team responsible for conducting and clearing conflict checks.

  • Supporting the day-to-day tasks conducted by the team responsible for carrying our client due diligence on the firm's client base.

  • Supporting the day-to-day tasks conducted by the team responsible for client and matter set up.

  • Supporting and participating in discrete projects as needed

  • Any other duties as required.

Please note, the work in this role would not constitute "qualifying work experience" for the purposes of the Solicitors Qualifying Exam.

Qualifications, skills and experience

  • Degree educated or similar level

  • LPC qualified desirable

  • Previous paralegal experience desirable (with a preference for experience in a City practice)
