Do you enjoy working outdoors, operating equipment, and being part of a team that keeps things running smoothly on the waterfront? Skipjack Cove Marina is looking for a Boatyard Associate to join our crew!

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help launch, haul, and care for boats, while ensuring the boatyard stays safe, organized, and well-maintained. If you like working with your hands, learning new skills, and being around the boating lifestyle every day—this could be the perfect fit for the season.

What You’ll Do

• Assist in hauling, launching, and storing boats.

• Perform boatyard tasks including blocking, washing, buffing, scraping, and general yard maintenance.

• Communicate with boat owners and team members to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.

• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.

• Jump in on other yard or facility duties as needed—no two days are the same!

About You

• Experience with equipment operation (forklift, travel lift, payloader, roll-off) is a plus.

• Facility maintenance, landscaping, or general labor experience preferred.

• Prior boatyard or marine experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person.

• High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Safety-minded, reliable, and ready to contribute in a hands-on environment.
