Portico has a fabulous opportunity for an experienced AREA MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for our Single Family Rental Community, Avilla Traditions in Grand Prairie, TX!

The successful candidate should have the following requirements:

• a minimum of 3-5 years general maintenance experience  
• EPA certification and be willing to take calls after hours
• A strong background in leading a maintenance team and overseeing the overall maintenance of the community  
• A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player  
• The ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC equipment, plumbing systems, electrical systems, major appliances, pool and spa equipment, and other systems in operation at the community
