We are currently seeking upbeat, energetic individuals to be members of TGL’s Hype Crew.   The Hype Crew will work and perform at all TGL Season 2 Matches (based on availability) and additional community events as needed.  The crew will serve as brand ambassadors and entertainers while supporting the fan experience and engagement efforts of the In-House Production department.  This is an exciting opportunity to be at the center of the match day experience that makes TGL unique!

***These are freelance positions and we will be hiring multiple people. 

Responsibilities

• Conduct pleasant, highly energetic interactions with fans attending TGL matches at SoFi Center 
• Execute scripted entertainment elements in the rundown, including t-shirt tosses and fan cams 
• Greet fans on ingress/egress 
• Distribute giveaways, lead interactive contests, and encourage fan participation in on-site experiences. 
• Support activations including pre-match fan zones, sponsor activations, and in-venue promotions. 
• Assist with production and organization related to the set-up, execution and break down of interactive elements, including on field contests and trivia games 
• Represent the organization in a professional and appropriate manner at all times 
• Other duties as assigned 

Requirements

• Outstanding level of creativity, energy, and spontaneity 
• Ability to excite, motivate, and entertain a crowd 
• Outgoing with strong interpersonal skills  
• Problem-solver with strong attention to detail and work ethic  
• Quick learner with ability to improvise 
• Must be over 18 years of age
