Jun Wang & Associates, P.C. is a New York-based law firm delivering a full range of legal services.  Our firm provides practical legal solutions for our clients, whether it be an acquisition of property, the formation of businesses, the purchase or sale of a business, or other associated legal needs such as business immigration. Our clients include prominent national and multinational corporations, charitable organizations, industry executives, as well as high-net-worth individuals.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Immigration Paralegal to join our Business Immigration Practice Group. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on experience in preparing and filing NIV and IV petitions, including H-1B, L-1, PERM, TN, and EB1C. Key responsibilities include the following:

• Prepare and file employment-based immigration petitions and applications, including H-1B, L-1, PERM, EB-1A/C, and EB-2/EB-3. 
• Draft supporting letters, forms, and evidence packages under attorney supervision.
• Coordinate with clients, HR representatives, and foreign nationals to collect documentation and information.
• Track case progress, deadlines, and status updates using the internal case management system. 
• Communicate professionallyr with government agencies (USCIS, DOL, NVC) and maintain accurate records.

Requirement: Must have at least 1 year of related experience in the field. Bilingual in Mandarin or Cantonese.
