What will you be doing?

Over two years, you’ll rotate through key functions including Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and Continuous Improvement. Each rotation will immerse you in real-world challenges, giving you hands-on experience and the chance to lead meaningful projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, apply lean and analytical thinking, and present your ideas to senior leaders. Along the way, you’ll build the skills, confidence and perspective needed to thrive in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

What will you need to be successful?

Success in this programme means being curious, adaptable and ready to lead. You’ll thrive if you bring:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical/Electronic Engineering, or a related field
  • A proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams and functions
  • A passion for learning and the agility to adapt to new environments and challenges
