Job Description
This role is remote eligible, which means you would work virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. Hours for this position vary depending on the territory that you support. This specific role will cover the East Coast Markets. A candidate living in Eastern Time Zone is preferred, but not required.
What you’ll do
- Oversee fleet management for your area of responsibility, including rental statuses, fuel cards, parking locations, registration, maintenance, repairs and recalls
- Manage payroll and labor, including overtime reporting, timesheet exceptions and weekly payroll approval
- Provide coaching on operational gaps to appropriate leaders and employees
- Maintain all resources, such as supplies, technology and tools
- Validate asset management processes are followed
- Coordinate the talent acquisition process, including posting roles, conducting phone screens and scheduling interviews
- 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service or related field
- Current, valid driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Have and maintain a driving record which meets Best Buy safety standards (e.g. minimal number of violations/accidents, etc.)
- Acquire and maintain any state or local licensing, as required, within 90 days of hire
- 1 year of experience managing a remote workforce
- 1 year of consumer electronics repair or installation experience
