Kendall Hyundai is seeking motivated Business Development Center (BDC) Agents to join our Sales Department. We are a family-owned and operated dealership known for our excellent management team and unmatched employee support.

This position offers hourly pay starting at $17 per hour, plus bonus opportunities with total annual compensation up to $100,000.

Qualifications:

• Prior Automotive BDC experience preferred

• High-volume outbound call experience required

• Professional phone and communication skills

• 5-day work week, including Saturdays and some Sundays
