The Presell Account Manager (PSAM) function is to increase product sales and placement. The primary role of the PSAM is to effectively upsell Quality points of distribution to include (Coolers, racks, shadow boxes, endcaps, and additional seasonal space)
Chaparral Distributing, LLC’s central warehouse is located in Austin, TX, where it began operations in April 2006. It operates 28 routes that service over 1,500 customers throughout the Austin Metro area and into the Texas Hill Country with a team of 51 dedicated employees. Chaparral’s north Austin warehouse is located in Pflugerville which operates 14 of the 28 routes.
Responsibilities:
- Managing, motivating and sharing best practices with the ASM’s
- Leadership needed to build relationships and respect in the field
- Manage Red Bull products and ensure full distribution
- Determine current and ongoing product needs due to display pull through and Ad activity
- Ensure that all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
- Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with management teams to increase sales and selling space
- Evaluate all competitors’ activities such as new launches and price reductions and communicate with Director of Key Accounts.
- Meet monthly key performance indicators (KPI‘s) focused on the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, and merchandising components
- Build and protect the Red Bull brand
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:
- 2 - 3 years proven sales experience (retail or consumer products preferred)
- Must be at least 21yrs of age
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and logistics skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Current driver’s license with clean driving record
