The Role:
We are seeking a Senior Wealth Associate. The Senior Wealth Associate plays a critical role in providing administrative and client engagement support for the Wealth Advisory team.
The Senior Wealth Associate will also be responsible for managing client data, meeting scheduling, meeting preparation, proposal generation and financial planning.
This position will be based out of our San Francisco office.
Responsibilities:
- Become an active member of the Wealth Advisory team by providing administrative and client engagement support.
- Gather client needs and wants and be responsible for developing a custom financial plan for clients.
- Collect, organize, and manage client information by assigning and following up on necessary paperwork.
- Responsible for generating, preparing, and updating client meeting materials and proposals or the client; in collaboration with the Advisor.
- Accountable for ensuring key client information, risk score, and documentation is up to date.
- Using professional judgement and corresponding with colleagues to ensure that we are consistently providing outstanding service to our client base.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- CFP preferred
- Series 65 or 66 preferred
- Demonstrated experience in wealth management and financial planning.
- Experience confidently working directly with senior leaders and high-net worth clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proven success solving problems and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to take immediate ownership of their work.
