The job:
- You'll oversee the entire sales process for California customers, from first call to installation, coordinating with our local contractors.
- You’ll manage a demo unit located in Downtown San Francisco.
- Receive all California leads coming into Mini·O and handle them end-to-end.
- Build and manage a local referral network: individuals or companies who refer Mini·O and earn commissions.
- Keep the demo unit spotless and ready for visits at all times.
- Occasionally visit client properties to assess installation sites or close deals in person.
- Attend and oversee all installations in the Bay Area.
How success is measured:
We track performance through leading metrics, not just outcomes:
- Number of meetings with potential referrers.
- Number of proposals sent to leads.
- Customer satisfaction level post-installation.
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience selling high-ticket products (real estate experience is a strong plus).
- Based in the Bay Area, with own transportation.
- Comfortable managing full-cycle sales: from first contact to post-installation satisfaction.
- Self-driven, trustworthy, and passionate about beautiful, smart design.

Benefits
We’ve designed compensation so you can ramp up comfortably for 3 months, then earn big once deals start closing.
First 3 months:
W9 - $8–10K/mo
From month 4:
W2 - $5K base + benefits (health, 401k, 3 wks PTO)
Commission:
1–4 pods/mo: $1K each
5–10 pods/mo: $1.25K each
10–15 pods/mo: $1.5K each
