The Sales Advisor is responsible for the development of sales prospects and clients for Alerion Aviation. This includes client acquisition, client management, aircraft brokerage, corporate partnerships and overall business growth strategies. This individual is constantly thinking about scaling the business and excels in creating demand and revenue opportunities. The Sales Advisor embodies the highest level of sales professionalism and resilience in support of the Alerion mission.

Requirements

  

RESPONSIBLITIES 

  • Increase Alerion revenue by securing new deals for managed aircraft, brokered aircraft (both buy and sell) and new partnerships with related companies. 
  • Prepare and present proposals for managed aircraft acquisitions and management contracts. 
  • Prepare listing and consulting agreements for buying and selling aircraft. 
  • Accountable for achievement of revenue per published quotas 
  • Lead the establishment and maintenance of current and potential client relationships 
  •  Direct responsibility for following up on new leads and referrals resulting from multiple lead sources 
  • Understand customer trip needs and articulate options to best suit individual customer requirements 
  • Market brokered aircraft, preparing and responding to LOIs, coordinating pre-buy and overseeing the aircraft purchase cycle. 
  • Ensure operators meet quality assurance standards to provide the highest levels of customer service to our clients 
  • Contract management and negotiations 
  • Prepare and present proposals for managed aircraft acquisitions and management contracts. 
  • Interface with Principal Owners and representatives. 
  •  Partner cross-functionally to ensure the highest level of service for Alerion Clients. 


QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE 

  •  5+ years of sales experience with Inbound and Outbound selling. Experience selling within the private aviation industry is preferred. 
  • Deep understanding of sales pipeline management 
  • A high degree of organization and self-motivation is required. 
  •  Versed at presenting/navigating selling at the C-level. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; proactive approach to problem solving; ability to prioritize and manage competing needs and fully understand Alerion’s clients’ objectives and the tone of the marketplace 
  • The ability to gain respect and form advisory relationships with clients and influencers and forge lasting business relationships.
  • Must be well-rounded, hardworking, and diligent with regards to follow through, adapts easily to new technologies, works extremely well in a team environment and managing team dynamics, is extremely resourceful, builds relationships easily and is willing to go the extra mile in a fast-paced growing company
