Special Events Intern bei Huse Culinary Inc.

Our Special Events Interns will be involved in a wide range of projects related to day-to-day event operations and planning. They will assist in production and execution of both internal and external events in collaboration with the Events Manager and restaurant teams. These events may include but are not limited to, ticketed dinners, tasting events, golf outings and other charity events. 

What you will do:

• Assist with event set up and execution both in house and off-site
• Assist with event planning sheets and timelines and attend planning meetings
• Manage RSVP lists and payments when needed
• Maintain and organize event supplies inventory
• Design and edit menus, invitations, flyers and other event materials
• Calmly and proactively handle any rising issues on event day

Requirements: 

• Junior or Senior working towards a degree in Events Management
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends for events

What we bring to the table: 

• $18 per hour
• Huse Culinary Dining Card that may be used at any Huse Culinary location

This is a Summer 2026 internship that will begin the first week of June.
