Tallahassee State College (TSC), recently recognized as one of the Most Promising Places to Work in Community Colleges for 2025, is excited to announce a part-time opportunity for the position of OPS Clerical Assistant with Workforce Development.

What You’ll Do
As an OPS Clerical Assistant, the day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Answer incoming calls, transfer calls to the correct staff, and take messages when needed.
- Help with mail distribution by sorting incoming mail.
- Assist department staff with routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing documents, organizing supplies, and updating bulletin boards.
- Assist with data entry, preparing materials for classes or meetings, and maintaining organized workspaces.
- Assist with even preparation for special events and trainings.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who brings not only technical expertise but also a passion for education and student success. Our ideal candidate will have:
- High school diploma or equivalency
- Preference given to individuals with clerical experience.
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills and have the ability to work well with others.
