What We’re Looking for in You:

  • A competitive driver who enjoys meeting and exceeding medical device sales objectives for the territory.

  • Represent Arthrex Minnesota, an independent regional agency authorized to sell Arthrex products, by educating and informing an audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.

  • Increase territory results by building and maintaining strong business relationships and by developing and implementing sales strategies.

  • Communicate effectively with current and new customer accounts.

  • Identify and implement new sales plans and effective marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager by receiving coaching, training, and mentoring.

  • Transfer knowledge to peer Sales Representatives and Sales Associates as needed.

  • Maintain training in sales skills, product features/benefits, and other critical business applications.

  • Participate in and attend sales meetings, local labs, and off-site training sessions.

  • Uphold the mission of Arthrex and Arthrex Minnesota by “Helping Surgeons Treat Their Patients Better.”

  • Manage caseloads based on surgery schedules with varying hours.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in the orthopedic medical device industry is a plus

  • Comfort working in surgery/operating room environments

  • Excellent communication (including public speaking and presentation), planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to travel within your territory regularly (up to 150 miles a day) and within the state as needed
