Regional Manager, Partner Operations

Location: (Part-Time) Regionally Based (Remote with travel in assigned region) 
Department: Operations / Service Delivery
Reports to: Manager of Partner Operations


Position Summary

The Regional Manager of Partner Operations is responsible for leading the day-to-day execution of Concentric’s service delivery within a defined territory. This role manages and supports a team of Professional Student Advocates (PSAs) to ensure timely, high-quality implementation of home visits and partner services across assigned accounts. As both a coach and a leader, the Regional Manager provides hands-on support, models best practices, and drives team accountability.

This role serves as the front-line operational leader for their region, ensuring that services are delivered with fidelity, staff are well-supported and deployed effectively, and partner expectations are met or exceeded. The ideal candidate is a collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, balances strategic oversight with tactical action, and is passionate about driving impact at the community level.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Supervision

  • Lead, coach, and manage a regional team of PSAs delivering home visit and engagement services across a defined portfolio of contracts.

  • Serve as a “player-coach” by modeling best-in-class delivery practices, supporting high-stakes engagements, and stepping in as needed to support service delivery directly.

  • Provide routine supervision, coaching, and performance feedback to team members aligned with SOPs and quality standards.

Scheduling, Staffing & Output Tracking

  • Manage weekly and monthly service schedules to ensure all contractual commitments are met efficiently and on time.

  • Track visit completion, documentation, and PSA activity to monitor productivity and surface operational risks or delays.

  • Adjust staffing and schedules in response to service needs, partner requests, or emerging issues.

Quality Assurance & Partner Communication

  • Conduct QA reviews including shadow sessions, documentation audits, and performance checks to ensure consistency and fidelity.

  • Serve as the regional point of contact for internal teams and escalate partner issues or risks as needed.

  • Support onboarding and training for new PSAs in collaboration with Talent and HQ.

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Partner with the national operations team to implement updated SOPs, workflows, and tools.

  • Elevate regional trends, challenges, and opportunities to inform organizational improvement.

  • Cultivate a team culture grounded in trust, responsiveness, and mission alignment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of experience managing frontline or field-based teams (education, health, or social services preferred)

  • Experience coordinating services or logistics across multiple sites

  • Familiarity with scheduling platforms and service tracking tools

  • Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
