About the Role: 

The EMRge Client Operations Analyst plays a key role in supporting the delivery and implementation of Ovative’s proprietary marketing measurement technology, EMRge. EMRge helps clients unify data and insights to make smarter marketing investment decisions  and this role ensures we bring that technology to life seamlessly for our clients. 

You’ll work closely with Development, Product, and Service Enablement teams to coordinate timelines, prioritize requests, and keep projects moving forward  helping Ovative scale how we deliver EMRge to clients and provide ongoing support. This role is ideal for a proactive problem solver who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and delivery excellence. 

Responsibilities of an Analyst, EMRge Client Operations: 

  • Act as the go-to expert on EMRge client work—owning and maintaining repeatable project templates, providing context on active projects, and ensuring consistency and quality across client engagements. 

  • Establish timelines and resource capacity plans for EMRge client efforts, such as new implementations, migrations, and ongoing maintenance or bug fixes, while keeping project plans and statuses up to date. Clearly communicate upcoming tasks, dependencies, and blockers to cross-functional partners to keep work moving efficiently. 

  • Prioritize developer sprint queues for EMRge client development work, collaborating with the Product Owner to balance client-driven and product-focused priorities. 

  • Monitor Jira Service Management (JSM) requests to ensure client maintenance, enhancements, and break-fix items are prioritized appropriately against other work. 

  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, and workflows to make EMRge client operations smoother, more scalable, and more effective. 

Requirements:

  • Exceptionally organized with strong attention to detail, able to manage multiple projects and competing priorities at once 

  • Process-oriented mindset with a passion for creating structure, improving workflows, and finding more efficient ways to get things done 

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to clearly connect with cross-functional partners 

  • Curiosity and resilience - willing to experiment, problem-solve, and iterate to find the best solution 

  • Willingness to learn and become proficient with tools like Jira, ClickUp, and other project management or workflow platforms 

  • 0–1 years of relevant experience 

  • Basic understanding of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies
